The winemakers we feature may be a little crazy, but they maintain their vineyards with precision and give a truthful representation of the land they farm while also assuming higher risks by not using herbicides, pesticides, and additives. The brand-new menu showcases pintxos, a choice of conservas from Spain, a chef-curated meat and cheese board, as well as elevated bar dishes like the Dolce Piccante Flatbread—GoodFunk's unique twist on a "pepperoni pizza," all expertly curated by Bonhomme Hospitality Group’s Executive Chef Marcos Campos. The dishes are designed to complement natural wines, featuring ingredients with pickling, smoking, and curing for that extra funk.
